The SWOT Analysis of Microblog Anti-corruption——A Case Study of Sina

微博反腐具有成本低廉、信息传递高效、举报方式安全的优势,也存在技术规范和有效约束机制缺乏、有效信息提取的难度日益增加、反腐参与主体存在缺位现象的劣势。微博反腐面对的机遇:互联网技术快速发展,网民资源优越,政府的重视程度不断提高。存在的威胁:在反腐问题上如何达到自身的盈利性和社会价值的统一,活跃用户因出现使用疲劳而导致参与微博反腐的积极性下降。运用管理学中的SWOT方法分析,提出如下对策:优势——机遇(SO)策略:发展微博内部优势与利用外部机遇的理想策略模式;劣势——机遇(WO)策略:利用外部机遇来弥补内部劣势,使微博改劣势而获取优势的策略;优势——威胁(ST)策略:微博利用自身优势,回避或减轻外部威胁不利因素的策略;劣势——威胁(WT)策略:旨在减少微博内部劣势,回避外部环境威胁的防御性策略。

he strengths of microblog anti-corruption are low cost,efficient information transfer,and safe ways of accusation;while the weaknesses are the lack of technical specifications and effective constraint mechanism,increasingly great difficulties in efficient information extraction,the absence of the main body in anti-corruption campaigns.The opportunities for microblog anti-corruption are the rapid development of the Internet,sufficient Internet resources,and the governments＇ attention;while the threats lie in the factors that how to achieve uniform between its own profitability and social values,and that the netizens＇ motivation in attending microblog anti-corruption declines because of their fatigue.With the help of the SWOT analysis,the following countermeasures are provided： strength-opportunity strategy that is to develop the microblog ＇s internal strengths and the external opportunities;weakness-opportunity strategy that is to make use of the external opportunities to compensate for the internal weaknesses;strength-threat strategy that is to use the microblog＇s internal strengths to avoid or alleviate the negative factors from the external threats;weakness-threat strategy that is to avoid the external threats in order to reduce the internal weaknesses.
