糖尿病患者的血液流变分析

ANALYSIS OF HEMORHEOLOGY PROPERTY IN DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS

目的：探讨湛江市糖尿病患者血液流变性的异常特点。方法：测量糖尿病患者的各项血液流变学指标，并分析其血液流变特性。结果：男性糖尿病患者血液流变学指标：HCT、ηb、ηp、ηr、FAD、RIB、L、MW与对照组比较明显异常，差异非常显著（P<0.01）。女性糖尿病患者血液流变学指标：ESR、K、FIB、HCT 、ηb、ηp、MW、DW明显高于对照组，差异非常显著（P<0.01）。结论：湛江市男女糖尿病患者血液流变危险指标不完全相同。

Objective: To study the Property of hemorheolgy in diabetes mellitus patients in zhanjiang city. Methods: Measure the indexes of hemoeheolgy on diabetes mellitus patients, then analyze its prop- erty of hemoeheology. Results: In for patients, the index of HCT,η-b 、 η-p % 、η-r, FAD, FIB, Land MW were different from those of normal controls, A P of < 0. 01 was considered statistically significant. In female patients, the indexes of ESR, K values, FIB, HCT, η-b 、η-p, MW and DW were higher than those of normal controls. A P < 0. 01 was considered statistically significant the. Conclusion: The danger indexes of hemorheology male diabetes mellitus patients are different from frmale diabetes mellitus patients in zhanjiang city.
