摘要
目的：探讨空气净化对老年2 型糖尿病患者血液流变性的改善。方 法：将老年2 型糖尿病疗养员随机分为空气净化组和对照组。空气净化组疗养室进 行24小时空气净化，对照组住普通病房。入院时和1 个月后进行血液流变学指标、 血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素检查并与净化前对比。结果：空气净化1 个月后，患者 的临床症状疗效为91．7%，空腹血糖餐后2ｈ血低糖化血红蛋白均有下降，胰岛 素水平增加，低切交率下全血粘度、高切交率下全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指 数、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原等指标与净化前比较均显著下降。 结论：对老年2 型糖尿病患者行空气净化治疗，能显著改善其血液流变性。
Objective The aim of the study was to assess the effects if air cleaning on hemorheology of elderly patients with type-2 diabeitey. Methods:The air of houseroom Lived in by 24 patients with elderly type-2 diabetes were cleaned for 24h one day, and the hemorheological indexes testedafter 1 month. Results: The effects of clinical symptom was increased for 91. 7 %. The hemorheological indexes were all markedly decreased. Conclusion: the therapy of air cleaning can markedly improve the hemorheology of elderly patients with elderly type-2 diabetes.
