摘要 通过对匝道连续弯梁桥进行同步顶升支座更换,探讨了实时监控在同步顶升施工中的应用和重要性。采用可编程前置分布式液压系统集中管理各顶升点的压力与位移信息,系统通过多个液压千斤顶完成顶升工作,并且布置位移传感器,利用对顶升力和位移传感器的监测完成同步控制。并且通过监控系统对桥梁发生过事故损坏的部位进行姿态调整。 The dissertation describes the construction about synchronous lifting in a continuous curved beam ramp bridge and the process of bearing replacement.The usage and importance of real time monitoring in the construction are illustrated.Former distributed Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) could be used to control the stress and displacement information of the lifting points.Several hydraulic jacks were arranged to lift the bridge and displacement sensors were arranged to make synchronization available.And the system could help to adjust the posture of the part damaged in accident.
