紫月优生素替代猪饲粮中抗菌药物的效果试验研究

摘要 试验选取体重10kg左右的仔猪80头随机分为两个试验组,进行为期110天的饲养试验,于试验期末采集试猪血液进行生化指标和免疫指标测定。试验结果表明,优生素组仔猪平均日增重比抗茵药物组提高8.81%,料肉比下降10.69%;优生素组活体背膘厚比抗菌药物组降低6.75%,胴体重比抗菌药物组提高11.71%,屠宰率提高4.17%,胴体瘦肉率提高6.48%,肌肉系水率提高9.49%,眼肌面积提高6.57%;优生素组猪血清生长激素(GH)比抗茵药物组提高23.91%,三碘甲腺原氨酸(T1)含量提高26.47%,四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)含量提高14.34%,胰岛素(INS)含量提高25.23%,紫月优生素组尿素氮(BUN)含量比抗茵药物组降低10.75%;优生素组猪血清IgG含量比抗茵药物组提高6.17%,血清IgA含量提高14.20%,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量提高14.29%。可见日粮中添加紫月优生素可有效提高猪只的生长性能和免疫功能,且效果优于抗菌药物组。 Eighty piglets were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the experiment lasted for 110 days. The results showed that: the average daily gain of the experiment group adding Ziyue Growth Optimizing Agent(ZGOA) increased by 8.81% and the feed/gain decreased by 10.69% than the control group. Compared with the control,the carcass weight ,dressing per- centage ,carcass lean meat ,holding water rate and eye muscle area of experiment group increased by 11.71%, 4.17%, 6.48%, 9.49% and 6.57%, and live backfat thickness decreased by 6.75% ;the content of GH, T3, T4, INS in blood serum of experiment group increased by 23.91% ,26.47%, 14.34% and 25.23% respectively, and the content of BUN decreased by 10.75%. Compared with the control group, the content of IgG,IgA and IL -2 in blood serum of experiment group increased by 6.17%, 14.20% and 14.29% respectively. All the results showed that, ZGOA could improve the performance and immunity of pigs.
