溶胶-凝胶法制备ZnO纳米微球及光催化性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 以Zn(Ac)2·2H2O和二苷醇(DEG)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,将晶核形成和生长分开,合成了由纳米晶粒聚集的类球形微球碱式醋酸锌前驱体。然后在400℃下焙烧2 h得到ZnO样品。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、EDS和UV-vis进行表征,结果表明产物为六方纤锌矿ZnO,表面呈多孔结构。分别以ZnO纳米微球和商用ZnO纳米颗粒为光催化剂,对甲基橙进行了光催化降解研究。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法制备的ZnO纳米微球在紫外条件下处理0.01 g·L-1的甲基橙溶液,20 min时脱色率为89%,而商用ZnO纳米颗粒处理60 min时才达到82%,前者表现出较好的光催化活性。 Zns (OH) 8 (Ac) 2 ( H2O ) 2 was produced by the sol-gel method with Zn ( Ac ) 2 · 2 H2O and DEG as raw materials through strictly isolating the formation and growth of crystal nuclear, and the corresponding ZnO samples were obtained after calcination of the precursors at 400 ℃ for 2 h. The structure and morphology of the as-obtained samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, EDS and UV-vis. The results shows that the samples are hexagonal wurtzite ZnO, with porous shape. ZnO nano- spheres expose higher photocatalytic activity for decolorization of methylene blue under ultraviolet irradiation than that of commercial ZnO nanoparticles: the former 20 rain, color removal rate 89%, the later 60 min, color removal rate 82%.
