摘要
MXene是一种新型过渡金属碳化物二维晶体,具有和石墨烯类似的结构。化学式为M n+1X n,其中n=1、2、3,M为早期过渡金属元素,X为碳或氮元素。这一类材料可以通过氢氟酸解离层状陶瓷材料MAX相获得,具有优异的力学、电子、磁学等性能。MXene是一种很有前途的新型锂离子电池负极材料,可以用在新型复合材料增强体,可以作为高温润滑材料。这种材料在储能、电子、润滑等领域具有重要的应用价值。本文介绍了该类材料的制备方法、性能、潜在应用及其研究现状。
MXenes are a new family of transition metal carbide/nitride two-dimensional crystal materials, with graphene-like structure. Their chemical formulas are Mn+1Xn, where M is an early tansition metal, where X is C and/or N, n = 1, 2, 3. These materials can be made by exfoliating layered ceramic materials (MAX phases) using hydrofluoric acid. They have good mechanical, electronic, magnetic properties. There are promising anode materials for Li-ion battery, can be used as new reinforcements of composites, can be used as high-temperature lubricators. This article presents the synthesis, properties, potential applications of these materials, and the status of MXene research.
