摘要
消石灰粉是一种以Ca(OH)2为主要成分的碱性材料,可以激发煤矸石、粉煤灰的活性。本文选取邯邢地区某煤矿的煤矸石,配以粉煤灰、消石灰粉制成煤矸石混合料,通过选用不同有效钙加氧化镁含量的消石灰粉,研究消石灰粉对煤矸石混合料性能的影响。结果表明:消石灰粉的有效钙加氧化镁含量直接影响着煤矸石混合料的强度,随着有效钙加氧化镁含量的增加,煤矸石混合料的强度提高了13倍左右。
The slaked lime is a Ca(OH) 2 as a main component of the alkaline material, it can stimulate the activity of the gangue and fly ash. The coal gangue in this paper is selected Hanxing area , together with the fly ash, slaked lime to make mixture. Through choose different effective calcium plus magnesium oxide content slaked lime, Study the impacts of the weight slaked lime on the properties of gangue mixture. The results show that: the effective calcium plus magnesium oxide content of the slaked lime can directly affect the strength of gangue mixture, with the effective calcium plus magnesium oxide content increases, the gangue mixture strength will be up 13 times.
