摘要 目的:探讨 p16、细胞周期蛋白 D1( cyclinD1)和 pRb在头颈部鳞癌( head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, HNSCC)的表达及他们的相互关系和其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测 32例原发 HNSCC患者癌组织中 p16、 cyclinD1和 pRb的蛋白表达。结果: p16、 cyclinD1、 pRb的总异常率为 90.6%( 29/32),其中 p16和 pRb蛋白表达缺失分别为 62.5%( 20/32)和 34.4%( 11/32), cyclinD1过表达为 34.4%( 11/32)。 p16与 pRb呈负相关性( Objective: To investigate the expression and its significance of p16, cyclinD1 and pRb in human head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC), and the relationships among the three proteins. Method: Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of p16, cyclinD1 and pRb in 32 cases of primary HNSCC. Results: There were 90.6% (29/32) of primary HNSCC that contained at least one alteration in the p16/ cyclinD1/pRb pathway. The absence of p16 and pRb expression was identified in 62.5% (20/32) and 34.4% (11/32) tumors, respectively. Overexpression of cyclinD1 protein was detected in 34.4% (11/32) HNSCC.
