摘要 大型工程项目建设在促进当地经济发展,提高人民生活水平的同时,也导致征地拆迁、移民、生态破坏等社会问题。以往对于工程项目社会影响评价的研究大多各成体系,无法做到全面综合。通过文献综述对社会影响评价已有成果进行归纳和研究。利用社会网络分析的方法筛选出工程项目社会影响评价的二级和三级指标,并构建社会影响评价指标体系,为工程项目的社会影响评价提供理论参考,并以上海虹桥商务区项目为例对该指标体系的可信度和有效性进行验证。 The large-scale construction projects can improve the local economy and the living standard of the residents: however, they also bring about kinds of social problems such as land demolition, emigration and ecological damage. The previous study on social impact assessment (SIA) of construction projects is separated and incomprehensive. Based on the literature review, this paper conducts some research on SIA. Through social network analysis (SNA), the second level and the third level indexes of the SIA of construction project are selected; therefore, the assessment index system is established, which can provide theoretical reference for the SIA of construction project. Finally, an example of Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District is given to verify the reliability and validity of the index system.
