摘要
采用菌丝对峙培养法对133个平菇菌株进行抗木霉菌株筛选,得到18个对哈茨木霉有一定抗性的菌株并对其进行生产性能评价。结果表明:菌丝生长最快的菌株是‘P39’,抗霉力最好的菌株是‘P131’,生物学效率最高的菌株是‘P106’。
One hundred thirty-three strains of oyster mushroom were tested for their resistance to Trichoderrna harzianum and 7". pleurotum by plate confrontation test. Among of them, 18 strains showed resistance to 7". harzianurn. The production performance of these 18 strains were evaluated. The results showed that the strain 'P39~ showed the highest mycelium growth rate, 'P131 showed the strongest resistance to T. harzianum, and 'P106' showed the highest biological efficiency of fruiting body production.
