摘要
基于默顿的结构性紧张理论研究发现,学校规定的获得优异成绩的目标与考试手段之间因脱节而产生的紧张状态是大学生作弊的重要前提。由于大学生的个体差异,其应对紧张状态的考试行为选择呈现多元化,除遵从外,革新、仪式主义、逃避、反叛均存在作弊可能性。因此,缓解和克服作弊行为应当从学校出发,提升教育教学效果,针对学生差异确立多元化的成才标准、采取多样化的考核方式,同时重视个体思想教育、加强监管及作弊惩戒力度。
Based on Merton's structural strain theory found that the school provides access to excellent results between objectives and means of examination due to tensions arising out of touch is an important prerequisite for students to cheat.Because of individual differences in college students,the exam behaviors which they response to the tension have showed a diversification,except to comply with the outside,innovation,ritualism and escape are all had the possibility to be chat in examination.Therefore,to alleviate and overcome the cheating should depend on school.Colleges and universities should improve their teaching effect,establishing a wide range of finished product standards for student diversity and take a variety of assessment methods,while focusing on the the individual ideological education,strengthening supervision and cheating disciplinary efforts.
