Analysis and countermeasures on influencing factors of effective communication between college instructors and students

高校辅导员与学生的有效沟通有利于增强大学生的社会适应性,调适大学生的心理平衡性,帮助大学生解决实际问题。然而辅导员、大学生个人及沟通途径等方面的因素不同程度地影响到双方的有效沟通,应通过加强高校辅导员队伍建设、提高辅导员自身综合素质、提升大学生的主体意识、建立健全沟通信息反馈机制等来提高辅导员与大学生有效沟通的水平。

The effective communication between college instructors and students is helpful to the social adaptability,psychological balance and the solution of practical problems of college students.It is influenced by some factors from college instructors,students and communication channels in different extents.Some measures should be taken to raise the effective communication to a higher level and further enhance the actual effect of college ideological and political education,which include strengthening construction of college instructors team,improving the comprehensive quality of college instructors,promoting the subject consciousness of college students,establishing and perfecting feedback mechanism of communication information and so on.
