高等教育机会均等视角下我国高等教育成本分担问题研究

Study on Chinese higher education cost-sharing problem under perspective of higher education opportunity equality

高等教育成本分担政策具有相当的合理性,而大学收取学费在一定程度上影响了高等教育机会均等目标的实现。本文基于高等教育机会均等的视角对我国高等教育成本分担问题进行研究,阐述了研究的理论基础和国内外研究现状和趋势,从家庭经济差异、区域经济发展不平衡、城乡二元结构差异和学校差异分析了我国高等教育公平问题。

Education opportunity equality refers to the equality from entrance to education input and output.Pursuit of higher education opportunities is a very important target for individual social class.Higher education cost-sharing policy is quite reasonable,but to a certain extent,University student pays tuition fees,which affects the reality of the goal of opportunity equality.The paper studies on higher education cost-sharing problem under the perspective of higher education opportunity equality,expounds the theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research present situation and the trend,analyzes Chinese higher education equity problem from the family economic differences,unbalanced development of regional economy,urban and rural dual structure differences and school differences,makes rational considerations for higher education opportunity equality and higher education cost-sharing problem.
