右归胶囊治疗肾阳虚型不孕症临床观察

Clinical Research of You-gui Capsules on Infertilitas Feminis Belonging to Syndrome of Deficiency of Kidney-yang

目的:观察右归胶囊对女性肾阳虚型不孕症的疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的属肾阳虚型不孕症患者60例,予以中成药右归胶囊治疗。3个月的疗程结束后,统计妊娠率及治疗前后症状和体征的改善情况、BBT的变化等。结果:治愈52例,显效8例,全部有效。结论:右归胶囊治疗女性肾阳虚型不孕症,既可明显改善患者的症状和体征,又可提高妊娠成功率。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of You-gui Capsules on infertilitas feminis belonging to syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yang. Methods ： 60 cases with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yang were trea- ted with You-gui Capsules. After 3 months＇treatment, the pregnancy rate, the symptoms, the signs and BBT were collected to analyze statistically. Results： 59 cases were cured, 8 cases were effective. All cases were effective. You-gui Capsules had good and reliable curative effect of supporting yang to warming uterus so as to improve the functions of corpus luteum and raise the pregnancy rates. Conclusion： You-gui Capsules can heal infertilitas femi- nis with syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency. It can improve the symptoms and sign not only, but also raise the a- chievement ratio of gravidity.
