中西医结合治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性血吸虫病肝纤维化疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Liver Fibrosis of Chronic Schistosomiasis Belonging to Syndrome of Liver-qi Stagnation with Spleen Deficiency,A Report of 120 Cases

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性血吸虫病肝纤维化肝郁脾虚证的疗效。方法:将220例肝郁脾虚证慢性血吸虫病肝纤维化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组100例用吡喹酮、促肝细胞生长素、复方甘草酸胺等治疗,治疗组在对照组药物基础上加用中药治疗,3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.8%,对照组总有效率为68.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性血吸虫病肝纤维化肝郁脾虚型效果较好。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on liver fibrosis of chronic schistosomiasis belonging to syndrome of liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency. Methods： 220 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 100 cases in con- trol group were treated with praziquantel, hepatocyte growth-promoting factors, and compound glycyrrhizic acid a- mine, the other 120 cases in treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine based on the drugs in control group. 3 months is one treatment course. Results： The total effective rate was 90. 8% in treatment group, and 68.0% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Com- bined therapy has good and reliable curative effect on liver fibrosis of chronic schistosomiasis belonging to syndrome of liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency.
