摘要
为了探讨犬超声雾化过程中3种溶媒对血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)的影响,试验选择临床常用的注射用水、生理盐水、半张生理盐水3种溶媒,在雾化剂量分别为20 mL、40 mL、80 mL时对犬实施超声雾化,比较其对犬SOD、MDA和SaO2水平的影响。结果表明:当3种溶媒在雾化剂量为80 mL时,血清中SOD、MDA及SaO2与空白对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01);当3种溶媒在雾化剂量为20 mL时,对SOD、MDA及SaO2这3种指标的影响最小。因此,建议在进行犬超声雾化时,选择注射用水、生理盐水与半张生理盐水作为溶媒,雾化剂量在20 mL以内为宜。
To explore the effects of the solvents and atomizing volume on the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), the content of malondial- dehyde(MDA) and arterial oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) in dogs during the process of ultrasonic atomization. Three kinds of solvents including clinical commonly used water for injection, saline, half - normal saline, were selected and used with the doses of 20 mL, 40 mL and 80 mL for the ultrasonic atomization for dogs, respectively. And then the effects on canine SOD, MDA and SaO2 levels were compared. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in serum SOD, MDA and SaO2 using the three solvents with atomizing volume of 80 mL com- pared with the blank group (P 〈0.01 ) ; there were minimum effects on the indicators using the three solvents with atomization volume of 20 mL. Therefore, it is recommend that when using the water for injection, half normal saline and normal saline are used as the solvents the in the ultrasonic atomization of canine, the appropriate atomization volume should be in 20 mL.
