摘要
为了能更好地发挥滇陆猪的遗传潜力,分别用3个品种(大约克、长白、杜洛克)与滇陆母猪进行杂交,形成约滇陆(Y×N1)、长滇陆(L×N1)、杜滇陆(D×N1)3个杂交组合,在这3个组合中选择8头断奶仔猪(公母各半)做为试验动物进行饲养试验;饲养试验结束后,每个组合分别根据体重选择4头进行屠宰,测定胴体性状和肌肉品质。结果表明:大约克、长白和杜洛克3个品种均可作为滇陆猪的配套父系,约滇陆(Y×N1)生长速度最慢,屠宰率最低,瘦肉率最高,肉品质最好;长滇陆(L×N1)生长速度最快,屠宰率最高,瘦肉率最低,肉品质最差;杜滇陆(D×N1)生长速度、屠宰率、瘦肉率及肉品质均居中。
To better play the genetic potential of Dianlu pig, three varieties (Yorkshire, Landraee, Duroc) were used to crossbreed with 10 Dianlu sows, which produced three crossbreed combinations, including Yorkshire and Dianlu crossbreed ( Y × N1 ), Landrace and Dianlu crossbreed ( L × N1 ), and Duroc and Dianlu crossbreed ( D × N1 ). 8 weanling piglets ( male and female in half) from the three crossbreed combinations were chosen as test animals in the feeding trials. After the end of the feeding trial, 4 pigs were chosen based on body weight in each combination and slaughtered to detect the carcass traits and muscle quality, respectively. The results showed that the three species inclu- ding Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc pigs, could be used as synthetic parent lines for Dianlu pigs, but the Yorkshire and Dianlu crossbreed ( Y x N1 ) showed the slowest growth rate, lowest slaughter percentage, highest lean meat percentage, and best meat quality; Landrace and Di- anlu crossbreed ( L x Nl ) showed the fastest growth rate, highest slaughter percentage, lowest lean meat percentage, and worst meat quality; Duroc and Dianlu crossbreed was middle in the above - mentioned indicators.
