高致病性PRRSV河南分离株ORF6基因的克隆与遗传进化分析

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征（porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，PRRS）是由猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒（Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，PRRSV）引发的猪的一种病毒性传染病，主要临床症状为怀孕母猪早产、流产、产木乃伊胎，以及仔猪呼吸道症状和高死亡率。
