医院医护科研人员幸福感调查研究

Research on the Happiness of Researchers in A Third-class Grade-one Hospital

目的了解医院科研人员幸福感程度及其影响因素。方法 2013年3月采用幸福感指数问卷对某三级甲等医院的280名医护科研人员进行问卷调查,然后按照性别、专业、职称进行分组比较。结果医院科研人员幸福感和生活满意度在性别分组上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护士与医生在幸福感(t=3.273,P=0.001)与生活满意度(t=2.745,P=0.000)差异有统计学意义;初级、中级、高级职称在幸福感(F=7.480,P=0.000)与生活满意度(F=6.350,P=0.014)差异有统计学意义。结论护士、初、中级职称人员生活压力更大,幸福感不足,是医院管理需要重点关注的群体。

Objective To investigate the degree of happiness in hospital researchers and its influencing factors.Methods Happiness index questionnaires were used to survey 280 health care researchers in a class-three grade-one hospital in March 2013.And the results then were compared among different genders,professions,and titles.Results No obvious difference was found between different genders（t=0.55,P=0.083）,but the difference was significant between different professions,including nurses and doctors.Their happiness（t=3.58,P=0.012） and life satisfaction（t=34.61,P0.01） were significantly different.All data were divided into primary,intermediate and advanced groups among whom there were also significant differences in happiness（F=7.48,P0.01） and life satisfaction（F=6.35,P=0.014）.Conclusion Nurses and primary or intermediate health workers have more stresses in their work and life with a low degree of happiness,which should cause our great attention.
