A Study on the Furniture Innovative Theory Based on QFD and TRIZ

首先分析了QFD和TRIZ理论的概念和基本内容,论述了两者与家具创新设计的关系,提出了基于QFD和TRIZ理论的家具创新设计模型,将产品的用户需求通过质量功能展开转化为创新设计矛盾矩阵,运用发明创造解决理论提供的原理、模型完成产品的创新设计;进而结合小户型家具的设计实例,阐述了应用该理论的设计过程并验证了其有效性。

Based on the concepts and main points of QFD and TRIZ theories, the paper discussed the relationship between the two theories and furniture innovation, and proposed an innovative design model based on QFD and TRIZ, which focus on converting the users＇ needs into a contradiction matrix of innovative design through the HOQ and achieving the project design with the creative principles provided by TRIZ. Combined with the practical design case of small dwelling-size apartment＇ s furniture design, the authors elaborate the application process of the innovative model and verify the effectiveness of the two theories used in furniture design.
