秸秆板定制整体衣柜零件标准化设计研究

The Research of Parts Standardization Design for Customized Strawboard Wardrobe

针对我国家具产业发展迅速,木材资源供应紧张,在家具企业中大力推广无醛秸秆板材的应用十分必要,尤其针对定制整体衣柜家具。文章研究了秸秆板定制整体衣柜家具的零件标准化现状,提出了对其主要零件标准化设计改进方法,并对改进前后零件尺寸的标准化程度进行了对比分析。

Since the limited wood resources could not keep up with the rapid development of the solid wood furniture industry, it＇s necessary to extend the using of strawboard in furniture industry, especially for the wardrobe production. This article discussed the current situation of the parts standardization design of the customized strawboard wardrobe and put forward improvement of method, together with comparative analysis of the parts＇ standardization level before and after the improvement.
