2013年清远市脊灰疫苗补充免疫活动效果分析

Effect analysis of the supplementary immunization activity of polio vaccine in Qingyuan city in 2013

目的做好清远市辖区内儿童脊灰疫苗免疫工作,维持无脊灰状态。方法收集全市2013年1月份脊灰疫苗补充免疫情况资料及快速评估情况资料,进行统计分析。结果此次脊灰疫苗补充免疫,报告接种率和评估接种率均达到95%或以上,不管是本地儿童还是流动儿童,各年龄组均存在未免疫儿童,其中1岁以下年龄组占96.56%;流动儿童中未免疫儿童所占比例(4.77%)明显高于本地儿童(2.65%)。结论此次补充免疫接种率达到实施方案要求,但还要通过加强未免疫儿童和流动儿童特别是1岁内儿童的查漏补种等措施,以提高脊灰疫苗接种率,消除人群中免疫空白,维持无脊灰状态。

Objective In order to do a good job of children against polio vaccine immunization and maintain the polio-free in Qingyuan district.Methods Collecting data for supplementary immunization of polio vaccine in Jan.2013 and evaluating the immune situation.Results During the polio vaccine supplementary immunization,reported coverage and assessed coverage rate reached 95% or more,whether local children or floating children,there are zero dose of children among all age groups,under one year of age group（96.56%）;In zero dose of floating children（4.77%）,significantly higher than that of proportion of local children（2.65%）.Conclusion Rate of vaccination of the supplementary immunization has met the requirement in implementation plan.However,we should strengthen measures to find leaking and to make up to vaccinate the work for children of took zero-dose and migrant children especially those who under one-year-old,so that we could improve the polio vaccination rates,eliminate zero from the crows and maintain the polio-free.
