摘要 肠道病毒71型是引起严重手足口病的主要病原体之一,近年在亚太地区呈现流行强度高、重症和死亡人数多的特点,已成为该地区的重大公共卫生问题。研发安全有效的疫苗是控制手足口病流行的有效手段,而疫苗的免疫原性评价是疫苗研发的关键。对EV71疫苗免疫原性的研究进行了综述。 Enterovirus 71(EV71) is one of the major pathogens that cause serious hand,foot and mouth diseases(HFMD).The characteristics of EV71 epidemics in the Asia Pacific region are high popularity intensity and large number of severe cases and deaths in recent years.It has become a major public health problem in this region.An effective method to control HFMD epidemic is the development of safe and effective vaccine.In addition,evaluating immunogenicity of vaccine is the key to vaccine development.In this paper,researches on immunogenicity of EV71 vaccine are reviewed.
