MitraClip治疗二尖瓣反流三例中期随访报道

摘要
近年来,一种基于外科二尖瓣叶"缘对缘"修复技术原理的二尖瓣夹合术(MitraClip系统)被研发并运用于临床,一系列研究已证实该技术的安全性及有效性。截至目前为止,国外已开展近7000例MitraClip手术,许多中心已经积累较多的手术经验,而国内该技术发展相对滞后。
