抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体与溃疡性结肠炎的关系

目的 探讨血清抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体 (ANCA)与溃疡性结肠炎的关系。方法 应用间接免疫荧光法 (IIF)及酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)测定了溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)及非溃疡性结肠炎 (NUC)患者的血清抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(ANCA)。结果 ANCA阳性率分别为UC组 10 .5 3% ,NUC组 4.76 % ,两组相比无显著性差异。UC组ANCA阳性率与病情程度、病变范围、病程长短、病理严重程度均无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 我国UC患者ANCA阳性率不高的因素可能是 :①被检患者人种不同 ,缺乏可比性 ;

Purpose To study the correlation of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) and ulcerative colitis. Methods Using indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),measure the serum ANCA in patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) and non ulcerative colitis (NUC). Results The positive rates of ANCA is 10.53% in the group of UC and 4.76% in the group of NUC.They have not significant different.The positive rates of ANCA in the group of UC lacks significant relationship with the severity,area,perioud of disease and the level of the pathologic change ( P >0.05). Conclusions The positive rates of ANCA in patients with UC is not hight in China.They may be the reasons that the race of been meseased patients is different and the patients with UC have the negative subgroups of ANCA.
