醋酸甲地孕酮改善子宫内膜癌患者生活质量的临床研究

Clinical research of megestrol acetate in the improvement of life quality in patients with endometrial cancer

目的探讨醋酸甲地孕酮治疗子宫内膜癌对患者生活质量的影响。方法将96例子宫内膜癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例,观察组患者应用醋酸甲地孕酮强化治疗,对照组患者予常规化学治疗,比较两组患者的生活质量评分及胃肠道反应情况。结果观察组患者生活质量评分为(40.2±10.2)分,对照组患者为(31.2±13.5)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量优良率为45.8%(22/48),对照组患者为22.9%(11/48),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者胃肠耐受良好率为47.9%(23/48),对照组患者为29.2%(14/48),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醋酸甲地孕酮治疗是子宫内膜癌有效的辅助治疗方法,能够提高患者的生活质量,改善胃肠道耐受性,值得临床进一步研究应用。

Objective To study the value of megestrol acetate in the improvement of life quality in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods 96 cases of endometrial cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group（each group 48 cases）,the observation group were treated with megestrol acetate intensive therapy,the control group treated with conventional chemotherapy,life quality scores and gastrointestinal reactions of two groups were compared.Results Observation group tumor quality of life score were（40.2 ± 10.2）,the control group were（31.2 ± 13.5） score,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;the quality of life good rate of observation group was 45.8%（22 /48）,the control group was 22.9%（11 /48）,the differences was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Observation group gastrointestinal tolerability good rate was 47.9%（23 /48）,29.2% of the control group（14 /48）,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions Megestrol acetate therapy is effective adjuvant treatment of endometrial cancer,can improve the patient＇s quality of life,improve gastrointestinal tolerability,and worthy of further clinical research applications.
