小伏口服液的抗炎、镇静作用和急性毒性实验

The Effect of Xiaofu Oral Liquid on Antiinflammation,Sedation and Acute Toxicity Test

本实验通过小鼠耳廓肿胀法、及对阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的协同作用 ,观察了小伏口服液的抗炎、镇静作用。结果表明小伏口服液 1g· kg- 1 和 2 g· kg- 1 对二甲苯所致的小鼠急性耳廓肿胀 (包含去除肾上腺法 )有明显的抑制作用 ;小伏口服液 1g· kg- 1 和 2 g· kg- 1 对给予阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠的小鼠有明显的协同作用。急性毒性实验表明小伏口服液最大耐受量 (小鼠灌胃 )为 2 40 g· kg- 1 (生药 ) ,相当于 70 kg成人临床用量的 5 60倍。小鼠腹腔注射 L D5 0 为 2 9.1936g· kg- 1 (生药 ) ,95 %可信限为 2 7.633～ 32 .417g· kg- 1。

Xiaofu Oral Liquid(XOL)used with 1 g·kg\+\{-1\} or 2 g·kg\+\{-1\} dosage can inhibit the swelling of the auricles caused by Xylol on the mice with adrenal gland saved or removed.The results illustrated that XOL also have significant synergistic action with hypoliminal soluble pentobarbitone.No toxicity of XOL was noted by acute toxicity test with oral administration.Maximum Tolerance Dose(MTD)on mice is 240 g·kg\+\{-1\},560 times than the clinical dose on human.The intra abdominal LD\-\{50\} of XOL is 29.1396 g·kg\+\{-1\} with 95% reliability from 27.633 g·kg\+\{-1\} to 32.417 g·kg\+\{-1\}.
