摘要
采用 HPL C法测定风痛定片中天麻素含量 ,用十八烷基键合硅胶为固定相 ,甲醇 -磷酸盐溶液 (0 .1mol· L- 1磷酸二氢钾溶液和 0 .1m ol· L- 1 磷酸氢二钠溶液等量混合 ) -水 (3∶ 3∶ 94)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 2 0 nm,天麻素在 0 .4μg～ 1.4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。本法简便、快速、重现性好。
A HPLC method was described for determination of gastrodin in fendongding tablet in this paper.The gastrodin was separated on C\-\{18\} column,using methanol-0.1 mol·L\+\{-1\} phosphate water(3∶3∶94) as the mobile phase and detected at 220nm.The linear was 0.4～1.6μg.It is highly reproductive,rapid and simple.
