摘要
荧光探针定量PCR (FQ—PCR)由PCR与荧光素标记的探针杂交技术相结合,可用来检测临床标本中各种病原微生物的RNA/DNA。具有快速、简便、敏感、特异之优点。因其在单一试管内进行PCR扩增,可避免普通PCR由于污染所造成的假阳性,并可定量检测各种病原微生物的RNA/DNA含量。
Fluorescence quan-titativePCR (FQ-PCR), which combines PCR and fluorescence probe hybridization, was used measure RNA/DNA of various pathogenic microorganism in clinical samples. FQ-PCR was rapid, simple, susceptive, andspecific assay, and so in single -tube monitor-ing eliminates PCR crass -contamination which cause false positive and real -time de-tection ensures accurate quantity.
