摘要
重点研究了低温固化剂及固化促进剂的选择,优选了颜填料和助剂,成功制备了一种高性能低温固化环氧粉末涂料,对该涂料产品性能进行了系统测试。结果表明本配方产品可于150℃、15 min条件下实现固化,涂层物理机械性能与高温涂覆的常规熔结环氧粉末性能相当,防腐性能优异,可用于高钢级管线的防腐应用。
According to the screening of low temperature curing agent and curing catalyst, a low temperature curing epoxy powder coatings with high anti-corrosion property is prepared. The choosing of the pigments, the fillers and the accessory ingredient is discussed and its performance was analyzed and examined. The results show that the coatings will be cured completely at 150 ℃ for 15min. The mechanical performance of coatings is as good as conventional fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coatings with high application temperature. The anti-corrosion property of coatings is excellent. It can be used for the anti-corrosion of the high performance pipeline steel.
