摘要
为提高癫痫患儿的生活质量 ,对 10 3例癫痫患儿进行健康教育干预。采用集体教育与个别指导相结合、追踪随访与日记反馈相结合的干预形式 ,由门诊接诊护士向患儿及家长进行疾病知识、用药知识、日常生活注意事项等内容的教育。并在干预前及干预后 1个月与 6个月采用美国癫痫病人生活质量量表进行干预效果评估。结果显示 :干预后生活质量评分明显高于干预前 (P <0 .0 1) ,干预后 1个月与干预后 6个月评分比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示 :对癫痫患儿进行健康教育干预可提高其近。
To improve the life quality of epilepsy patients, 103 cases were given health education intervention. Intervention forms were as collective teaching combined with individual coaching and follow-up combined with diary feedback. Nurses in outpatient would give patients and their parents health education including knowledge about the disease, how to take medicine and matters needing attention in their daily life. The intervention was evaluated by using American Epileptic Life Quality Scale at before, 1 month later and 6 months later of intervention respectively. Results showed that after intervention, the life quality score of epilepsy patients were markedly higher than that before intervention (P<0.01). And there was no significant difference between 1 month and 6 months after intervention in terms of life quality score (P>0.05). Suggested that health education intervention in epilepsy children may improve both their short-term and long-term life qualities.
