摘要
为提高带钢产品质量,改善带钢结构性能,达到理想的卷取温度,莱钢1500热连轧轧线对原层流冷却系统进行改造升级。新的系统采用了带Smith预估器控制器的精调段反馈控制技术及以样本长度为控制周期的前馈控制技术。该系统的应用提高了带钢的组织性能和力学性能,是保证带钢质量和板形良好的关键因素,改造后的控制系统提高了层流的冷却能力和带钢的卷取温度控制精度,对提高我国钢铁行业的技术水平和科技进步有着重要的推动作用。
In order to improve the quality of strip products, improve the performance of steel structure, to achieve the ideal of the coiling temperature, LaiwJ Steel 1500 hot strip rolling line for the reconstruction of the laminar cooling system upgrade. The new system uses a feedforward fine tuning section with Smith predictor controller feedback control technique and the length of the sample for the control cycle control technology. The application of the system improves organizational performance and mechanical properties of steel, is a key factor to guarantee the good shape of strip quality and the plate, the converted control system improves the laminar cooling capacity and the coiling temperature control precision, has an important role to improve China's iron and steel industry level of technology and the progress of science and technology.
