摘要
针对大型工程机械载荷谱测量的难题,以低功耗蓝牙4.0技术设计了无线扭矩测量装置。采用应变片作为敏感元件,将测量装置固定于旋转轴上,通过蓝牙4.0无线传输协议将测得数据发送到计算机的蓝牙接收器上。实验分析表明:在高转速要求高采样频率、通讯环境复杂的条件下测量装置工作性能良好,验证了该测量方案的可行性和可靠性。该装置适用于密闭环境中高速旋转轴的非接触、低功耗的扭矩的测量。

Introducing as the strain gages device, the measuring device is mounted to rotating shaft and send measurements to the receiver a computer by wireless. Experimental results show that the equipment is working well in high sampling frequency and harsh environment. It is adequate for high-speed rotation torque measurement which is a non-contact and low power consumption system.
