护理人员掌握精神卫生知识情况调查

A Survey on Grasping of Knowledge About Mental Hygiene in Nursing Staff

为了解目前综合医院临床护理人员掌握精神卫生知识情况 ,采取问卷方式对综合医院 90名临床护理人员进行调查。结果显示 :88.89%护理人员不具有或仅具有较少的精神卫生知识 ,只有 11.11%护理人员掌握较多的精神卫生知识。 92 %的护理人员认为有必要掌握精神卫生知识。大专学历护士较中专学历护士掌握的精神卫生知识较多 ,中高级职称护士较初级职称护士了解的精神卫生知识较多 (P <0 .0 5 )。说明掌握精神卫生知识的重要性已被护理人员认同。提示 :中专护理教学应增设精神卫生课程 ,医院应开设相关的在职教育 。

To know how much knowledge about the mental hygiene that nursing staff had gained, 90 of nurses were surveyed by filling up questionnaires. Results showed that 88.89% of nursing staff know little about the mental hygiene. Only 11.11% of nursing staff had relatively more knowledge about the mental hygiene. 92% of nursing staff think that it is necessary to grasp some knowledge about mental hygiene. Results also showed that nurses who had college level education had grasped more about the mental hygiene than those who had health school level education. And nurses with middle or high title of technical post knew more about mental hygiene than those had primary title of technical post (P<0.05). Suggested that in health school, course of mental hygiene aid to the teaching. In hospital, it also should offer a course about mental hygiene teaching. Thus, all the nursing staff can gain some knowledge about mental hygiene.
