红蓝光照射联合胶原贴敷料治疗寻常痤疮150例疗效观察

目的观察红蓝光照射联合胶原贴敷料治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将300例轻、中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各150例,治疗组红蓝光照射后联合胶原贴敷料外敷,每周2次。对照组每晚单用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外涂,两组疗程均为6周。疗程结束后对比观察治疗前、后的临床疗效。结果治疗6周后治疗组有效率为87.3%,对照组有效率为57.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红蓝光照射联合胶原贴敷料治疗寻常痤疮安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of red and blue light with collagen dressing in acne vulgaris. Methods 300 patients with light, moderate acne vulgaris patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group all 150 cases, the treatment group red blue after irradiation joint collagen stick dressing, apply 2 times per week. Every night in control group with 0.1% Ada palin gel outer coat, two courses of 6 weeks. After the treatment were observed before and after treatment of clinical curative effect. Results After six weeks treatment, the total effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 87.3% and 57.3% respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of red and blue light with collagen dressing is an effective and safely treatment for mild to moderate acne.
