摘要
适应环境、克服障碍和防范风险 ,是开展海外直接投资活动必须研究的重要课题。本文从跨国企业、母国、东道国等三个方面分析了我国企业海外直接投资的主要障碍 ,以期为探求企业海外直接投资健康发展的对策提供依据。
How to adapt to the new environment, overcome the impediments and take precaution against the risks are important research topics for enterprise direct investment abroad. The article analyses the main impediments of our country's enterprise direct investment abroad from three aspects of transnational enterprise, home country and host country so as to provide scientific basis of policy-making.
