半导体激光治疗乳腺脓肿切开术后的疗效观察

目的探讨半导体激光对治疗乳腺脓肿切开引流术后创口的临床疗效。方法将52例乳腺脓肿切开术后患者随机分为激光治疗组(观察组)和传统治疗组(对照组)各26例,所有患者均给予单纯的常规换药,观察组另接受半导体激光外照射治疗,对两组患者红肿消退时间、创口愈合时间和换药疼痛程度进行比较。结果观察组红肿消退时间、创口愈合时间和疼痛程度均小于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论半导体激光外照射疗法能促进乳腺脓肿伤口愈合,减轻患者痛苦,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of semiconductor laser of treatment of breast abscess. Methods 52 cases of breast abscess after tracheotomy in patients with were randomly divided into treatment group （observation group） and conventional treatment group （control group） In 26 cases, all patients were given routine dressing change, The observation group to laser treatment, two groups of patients to comparison, swelling subsiding time, the wound healing time and the degree of pain. Results The observation group were less than that of the control group of various index, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Semiconductor laser in treatment of breast abscesses can promote wound healing, to alleviate the suffering of patients＇ time, is worth popularzation.
