多功能光谱治疗不同类型宫颈糜烂的回顾性分析

目的分析多功能光谱治疗轻、中、重度慢性宫颈糜烂的疗效及护理方法。方法选择2006年5月-2011年4月在门诊就诊的1398例宫颈糜烂患者为研究对象,均给予光谱治疗,观察3个月并进行疗效分析。结果光谱治疗轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂痊愈率分别为100%、83.3%、63.2%,宫颈糜烂面积越小效果越好;单纯型、颗粒型和乳突型宫颈糜烂治愈率分别为91.2%、66.5%、44.1%,单纯型治愈率明显高于颗粒型和乳突型。结论该技术操作简便易行、安全性高,治愈率高,副作用少。治疗前准备、心理护理、术中配合、术后并发症的观察处理及康复指导对光谱治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效具有重要的作用。

Objective To study the treatment of cervical erosion multi-function spectrum of curative effect and nursing. Methods Selection in May 2006 to April 2011 outpatient clinic of 1398 cases in patients with cervical erosion spectral treatment, observe three months and efficacy analysis. Results Spectrum light, medium, heavy treatment--the lighter the better the results. Conclusion This technology easy operation, high security, the cure rate is high, less side effects, etc. Before treatment preparation, psychological nursing, intraoperative and postoperative cooperate with and complications of observation treatment and rehabilitation guidance, cervical erosion treatment of spectrum curative effect has the vital role.
