摘要
目的探讨手术室开展优质护理服务的具体措施与实际成效。方法在手术室对患者和医生实施优质护理服务,并定期对服务质量及满意度进行调查。结果手术室开展优质护理服务,增进了医、护、患之间的沟通交流,增强了护士主动服务意识,提高了患者及医生对手术室的满意度。结论优质护理服务的实施,明显提高了护士的综合素质,进一步提升了护理工作质量,增加了患者、医生满意度,规避了纠纷和差错的发生,确保了手术安全,达到了创优质护理活动的目的。
Objective To explore the concrete measure and final results forhigh-quality nursing service in operating room.Methods Investigate the quantity and satisfaction of nursing serviceafter implement high quality of nursing service in operating room for patients and doctors.Results Communicationsamong doctors,nurses and patients were enhangced,nurses were awared of supply service initiatively,patients and doctors were satisfied with the service in operating room.Conclusions The implementation of high quality nursing service,improved the compositive ability of nurse and the quantity of nursing,enhangced the satisfaction of patients and doctors,avoid theoccurrence of disputes and discrepancies,totally achieved the purpose of this activity.
