QCC在老年人多脏器功能衰竭临床护理中的实践与应用体会

The Practice and Experience onApplicationof QCC in the Clinical Nursing of Multiple Organ Failure inthe elderly

目的回顾性分析品管圈(QCC)活动在老年人多脏器功能不全综合征(MOFE)护理中的应用,总结QCC在MOFE患者护理工作的经验及应用体会。方法 36例诊断为MOFE患者分别实施常规护理及QCC护理活动。QCC组患者依据PDCA管理模式制定全方位护理措施加以规范化实施并不断总结完善推广。结果 QCC活动的实施提高了MOFE患者的护理质量。结论 QCC的实施并不断改进为MOFE患者的成功救治提供了有力保障。

Objective To review the applicationof Quality Control Circle（QCC） activities in nursing the elderly those who got multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MOFE）,and conclude the experience from the use of QCC in MOFE nursing.Methods Routine nuring and QCC nursing were applied respectivly for the 36 patients diagnosed MOFE（18 patients in each group）,we constituteall-wavenursing intervention and normalizationnursing intervention for patiens in QCC group.Results The application of QCC activities improved the nursing quality of MOFE patients.Conclusions Theapplication of QCC and constantly improvement provide a strong guarantee for the treat and cure of MOFE patients.
