中俄天然气合作问题及对策研究

The Study of Problems and Suggestionson Natural Gas Cooperation between China and Russia

论文在国家主席习近平访俄实现能源合作突破的背景下,在分析了中俄合作的历史必然性之后,通过回顾中俄天然气合作的发展历程,得出中俄天然气合作面临双方对中国市场预测不同、彼此间战略博弈以及政治互信水平低的问题,并基于此从6个方面提出了促进中俄天然气合作的建议。

The natural gas cooperation have not reach a consensus after the 16th regular meeting between China and Russia. After the analysis of historical inevitability of China-Russian cooperation, through in retrospect the development history of natural gas cooperation between China and Russia,the paper concludes that the difference of china market forecast, the game of strategy and the little trust of political are the main problems the cooperation facing. On the basis of that, it puts forward some suggestions from 6 aspects to promote natural gas cooperation between China and Russia.
