摘要 针对大型舰船靠岸缓冲减振装置所需特种橡胶护舷的生产,设计了大型精密数控平板硫化液压机,提出了30000kN大型平板硫化液压机结构设计与制造技术,开发了专用数控系统和比例伺服液压系统,硫化时间可以设定在±5s以内,平板压力大于9MPa,研发了相应的节能液压装置,解决精密温控加热难题,硫化温度设定值精确到±1℃,开发了新型移动台驱动装置提高大型特殊用途橡胶制品的生产效率,可实现高温、高压下长时间专门橡胶硫化工艺,保证橡胶护舷耐久性质量,满足专用橡胶制品长时间高温精密保压硫化工艺。 For the manufacture requirement of rubber side in large scale ship and naval vessel buffer equipment, large scale precise NC plate vulcanization hydraulic press had been designed. The press structure design and the proposal sever hydraulic system and special NC system had been developed, the vulcanization time can be set in ±5s, and the plate press can be adjusted larger than 9MPa, the energy saving equipment had been researched, the precise temperature control problem had been solved and the temperature can be adjusted in ±1℃,the new movable driven equipment can be used to improve the manufacture efficient to meet the long time rubber vulcanization technology in high temperature and pressure, and can ensure the reliability and qualities of buffer rubber side.
