摘要
该文结合基于液力传动理论、机械产品设计及关键技术分析,对水介质液力减速器的腔型充液进行参数化设计和优化设计;针对产品关键制造及工艺控制,揭示其腔型的规律和特性,将理论计算与试制结构进行对比,从而验证产品安装的正确性,确保水介质液力减速器在水轮发电机组得到推广应用。
Based on the analysis of the hydraulic transmission theory, the mechanical product design and key technology based on, to aqueous medium couplings retarder cavity filling device for optimization design and parametric design. Aiming at the key product manufacturing and process control, rules and characteristics of the cavity revealed, comparing the theoretical calculation and test structure, so as to verify the correctness of the product installation, ensure that the water couplings retarder is widely used in hydro-generating unit.
