摘要
该文在对混凝土输送泵主油缸结构、串接方式进行分析的基础上,从理论上对主油缸换向平稳性差的故障原因和故障机理进行了研究分析。所取得的分析结论对指导人们现场快速诊断类似故障具有积极意义。
Based on analysis of the concrete pump main oil cylinders' structure and connection mode, the reason and mechanism of poor reversing stationarity fault of concrete pump's main oil cylinders are studied theoretically. Conclusions drawn from this analysis are of positive significance for on-site rapid diagnosis of similar faults.
