摘要 胜任特征模型的研究是我国人力资源管理中的一个新的研究领域,他在人力资源管理的大多数职能领域发挥着重要的作用。对高校科技研究人员胜任特征模型的研究,为高校科技研究人员的选拔提供理论基础,从而实现人力资源的合理配置。 Researches on competency model, whichplayed an importanct role in management, had emerged as a new field of human resource management. In order to achieve a reasonable allocation of human resources, we, here, provided a theoretical basis for selecting high technology researchers by studying their competency model.
