摘要
目的:探讨心理资本和大学生适应在班级特色上的差异。方法:采用积极心理资本问卷和中国大学生量表对兰州大学翠英班、基地班、其他班级进行测量。结果:心理资本在班级特色上存在显著差异,但仅仅表现在自我效能上的显著差异;大学生适应在班级上不存在显著差异,但其学习适应维度存在显著差异。结论:培养杰出人才,不仅要重视学生的学习成绩,也要重视学生的基本心理素质。
objective: To study the psychological capi- tal and college students adapt to differences in the class characteristics. Methods: Using Positive psychological capital questionnaire and Scale of the Chinese college students to measure Lanzhou university students of cuiying classes, jidi classes and base classes. Results: Psychological capital is Significant differences on the class characteristics, but only show the significant differences in self-efficacy; there is no significant difference in the class to college students adaptation level, but its learning to adapt to the dimensions exist significant differences. Conclusion: Cultivate outstanding talents, should not only attach importance to students' academic performance, also should attach great importance to the basic psychological quality of students.
