摘要 在水平定向穿越导向孔钻进过程中,钻头通过软硬交接地层时,由于前后地层硬度有较大变化,钻头与地层相互作用工况发生变化,造成钻头振动,导向孔钻进轨迹发生偏移。采用有限元分析方法对钻头通过软硬交接地层的轨迹进行预测,得到钻头在钻进过程中横向偏移与纵向偏移随钻进深度的变化趋势,对于现场施工参数调节与钻进轨迹修正有指导意义。 In the guide hole drilling process of horizontal directional crossing, as the bit going through the soft and hard staggered formation, because of great changes of formation hardness, the bit appears vibration, and guide hole drilling trajectory happen deviation. Based on the finite element method to forecast the trajectory of hard and soft handover formation bit going through, and got the trend of lateral deviation and longitudinal deviation along with the drilling depth in the process of bit through the soft and hard staggered formation. It had important guiding signifi- cance for the parameters adjustment and drilling trajectory correction on site.
