以提高生产效率为目的,利用多功能有杆泵举升模拟试验系统进行抽油泵室内模拟试验。阐述了抽油泵常规介质试验方法,结合测试泵效,总结了常规情况下泵效影响因素。探索了抽油泵含气介质、含砂介质试验方法,结合试验数据,分析了这些因素对泵效的影响,总结了泵效变化趋势。

For the purpose of improving the production efficiency,by use of ＂multi-function sucker rod pump lifting simulation test system＂, the Research on the Simulation Experiment Methods of Sucker-rod Pump is carried on,influence pump efficiency factors is groped for. The pump conven- tional medium test methods is expounded, combined with testing pump efficiency, the normal course and pump efficiency factors are summarized. The pump gas medium test and sand test methods are explored. Combining with test data, the pump efficiency influence factor is analyzed, and the pump efficiency change trend is summarized.
