摘要
为验证新开发的螺杆钻具打捞工具的可靠性和造扣功能,在室内对该打捞工具进行了2种落鱼材料的地面试验研究。在打捞45#钢落鱼时,其打捞效果较差;对强度较高的螺杆钻具落鱼进行打捞造扣时,被切削的铁屑可以被安全排开,不会对新扣造成破坏,能得到很好的扣形,试验过程中能够造出6牙左右的螺纹,并能成功打捞出井下的螺杆钻具落鱼。
The preproduction has been manufactured for the new devloped fishing tool of screw- drill, in order to verify the reliability and the thread making function of the fishing tool of screw- drill ,the investigation of indoor full scale test with two kinds of fish material was finished with the fishing tool. Comparing the material of the real screwdrill,the effect of its fishing is relatively poor when it fishes the softer material of 45# steel fish. When the fishing tool makes the thread for the fish with the higher strength screwdrill,the iron scale cut may be cleared out safely, and will not damage the new thread, the making thread is very good, six threads were made in full scale test,which can ensure that the screwdrill fish in downhole can be fished out.
